Back in high school, I (Jett) launched Shredd3d by VD, a passion project born from long nights in the gym, countless hours researching training splits, and helping mates build their confidence through fitness. I built the brand to help others get shredded with simple, effective training systems and community motivation.

But something bigger started to form.

People didn’t just want workouts — they wanted systems, content, and support to grow their own voice. They wanted to build something too.
